Critique of meal: For the first official Mercenary Chef event, the meal was a remarkable success. Food for 6 people is a hell of a lot of food! Kind of scared for cooking for 10 as I might be next month. It did need seriously more sauce, it wasn’t nearly enough, could have easily doubled the quantity. Could also have done without blanching the vegetables, personally think fresher vegetables would have been better.

Lessons learnt: Do more sauce!
